INSPIRED....yes.....the right way to name a pictures collection.. It's well known how photography is for the passionates the tool to stop the time, to frame not only images but sempsations, feelings, emotions just exactly like some of the sounds tracks, songs and beats which remind us a certain person, or a place in a special moment....does not matter good or bad, it is part of Us. Well.....culinary is Art, same as photgraphy, painting, sculpture and so on....it is the espression of an artist, the materialization of a creative mind....regardless of the cooking & presentation, manipolate food is a skill.....is love... love for the food means love for life and for the potential need of making of our daily need a superb interpretation of taste and flavors. An explosion of ideas and tastes combination are the right attributes that all Chefs shuold have....and we all try surely to do our best. Kitchens all overthe globe are full of talented young & old Chefs, different races, flags, languages and traditions.....but a big & unique common caratteristic.... the Passion for Food!
